We utilize the most advanced technology and techniques to ensure optimum quality in all our products. NGI’s glass processing facility is equipped with state-of-the-art machineries and applications:

• One of the crown jewels of our operation is the “processing and production management software” from LISEC, which enables us to optimize productivity, efficiency and quality in practically all areas of the glass processing operation.

• Auto Glass Loading Station gives us the flexibility to load a wide range of dimensions

in to the production line - from minimum size of 1200mm x 1000mm up to Jumbo sizes.

• The Jumbo Automatic Glass Cutting Machine that can cut any shape in 3 axes from 2-19mm thick and jumbo size of 3000mm x 6000mm, with self edge deletion.

• Horizontal Glass Washing and Drying Machine for clear and Low “E” glasses is specially designed to wash and dry Low “E” and Super Low “E” glasses. This machine can wash a glass at a maximum width of 2600mm.

• The fully automatic Open Assembling Station for Insulating Glass Units uses the tried and tested LISEC parallel guiding system. An electronic sensor control system ensures consistent unit assembling.

• The Spacer Bending Machine allows clients to choose their desired angles for the corner bends.

• Robotics technology unit – Fully electronic, speed-controlled metering for perfect filling of the sealing groove even at varying depths of seal and around the corner.

• 100% Forced Convection System to produce top-quality clear glass, Low “E” and Super Low “E” glasses with increased productivity. It is the first Glass Tempering Furnace in the region for Super Low “E” glasses with an emissivity of 0.02 and a thickness from 3.8mm to 19mm.

• Straight Edging Machine can obtain different profiles on glass panes from 3-20mm thick with minimum dimensions of 80mm x 80mm and a maximum weight of 1,000kg.
